Frequently asked questions
If something feels off—whether it’s your mood, focus, sleep, or overall sense of balance—it is appropriate to seek care. You do not need a diagnosis or a clear explanation before scheduling. The first visit is designed to help you understand what’s going on and what, if anything, would be helpful next.
We begin with a detailed, focused conversation about what you’ve been experiencing, your history, and your goals. From there, we provide a clear clinical perspective and, if appropriate, outline treatment options and next steps. The process is structured, but never rushed.
You can schedule an initial evaluation through the "Book an appointment" form. After filling out the form, we will contact you for more information including availability and patient onboarding forms. Once scheduled, you’ll receive confirmation and next steps.
After scheduling, you’ll be asked to complete brief intake forms through the portal. These help us use your time more effectively. Beyond that, no additional preparation is required.
